On my recent trip to New Mexico I got to stay in Santa Fe for a few days. The weather in early October in New Mexico is incredible. Spent some time wandering around the old town and doing some shopping. Part of the reason I stayed in Santa Fe was to attend the gallery opening of my friend Joe McNally which was awesome. After a 90 minute wait at The Shed, I had a great New Mexican cuisine dinner. I spent one full day driving the “Enchanted Circle Scenic Byway” using the high road to Taos, then east to Angel Fire, North to Red River and Questa, and back to Taos. The aspens were changing, the sky was sapphire blue, and the air was cool and crisp with the high in the mid 60s. It was an awesome day. What a great visit to Santa Fe!
